Privacy Policy
How GatekeeperOps AI Private Limited collects, uses and stores personal data.
Effective date: 21 September 2026
Who we are
GatekeeperOps AI Private Limited (“GatekeeperOps”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in India, with operations in Hyderabad. We are an AI production engineering practice working with businesses that are taking AI systems and critical workflows into production. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website and with business enquiries made through it.
This policy covers this website. It does not replace any separate data processing terms agreed with a client under a signed engagement, which govern client data handled during delivery work.
How this website works
This is an informational website. It does not host accounts, logins, payment processing or any form that submits data to us directly. We think it is more useful to say plainly what the site does than to describe collection that does not happen here.
- The site sets no cookies of its own, and does not use localStorage or similar browser storage.
- There is no analytics tool, tag manager, advertising pixel or session recording on the site.
- Typefaces are bundled and served from our own domain, so viewing a page does not cause your browser to contact a font provider.
- Where the site offers a booking call, that link takes you to a form hosted by a third party on its own website.
- Where the site offers contact, that is an email link that opens your own email application.
Information you provide directly
Most personal information we hold reaches us because you chose to send it. That usually means one of the following.
- Business enquiries by email. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name as you give it, and whatever you choose to include in the message and any attachments.
- Booking an AI Production Audit or similar call. This uses a form hosted by a third-party provider. The information requested is limited to what is needed to understand the enquiry and arrange the call, and it is passed to us by that provider.
- Applications to work with us. If you apply to join engagements as an engineer, we receive the details you send, which may include your professional background and links to work you have published.
Please do not send us confidential material, personal information about other people, or special category information in an initial enquiry. If a discussion needs that, we will agree how to handle it first.
Technical information
As with any website, delivering a page requires a connection between your device and our hosting provider. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, the pages requested, timestamps and general browser and device information as an inherent part of serving the site and keeping it secure and available. This is standard server activity rather than a tracking feature we have added, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies and does not write to your browser storage. Third-party websites we link to, including a booking provider and social platforms, operate their own sites under their own policies and may use cookies once you are there. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it.
- To assess whether we are the right fit for the work, and to prepare a proposal, scope or statement of work if we are.
- To deliver and administer engagements we are contracted to perform, and to communicate with you during them.
- To keep records for business, accounting, tax and other legal or regulatory obligations.
- To operate, maintain and secure this website, including diagnosing faults and preventing misuse, abuse or fraud.
- To consider applications from engineers who want to work on our engagements.
Depending on the circumstances, we process personal information because you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract, because it is necessary to perform a contract, because we must comply with a legal obligation, because you have consented, or because we have a legitimate business interest in running and protecting our practice that is not overridden by your interests and rights.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party providers to run this site and our correspondence, and they may process personal information on our behalf or as part of providing their own service. These currently include our website hosting provider, the provider of the booking form the site links to, and our email provider. Each operates under its own privacy terms, and we do not control and do not restate their data practices here.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Disclosure required by law
We may disclose personal information where we are required to do so by applicable law, by a court or by a competent authority, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, safety or property of GatekeeperOps, our clients or others.
International access and processing
We are based in India and work with clients and providers in other countries. This means personal information may be accessed, stored or processed outside the country you are in, including by the service providers described above. Where that happens, we take steps we consider reasonable to protect the information, having regard to its sensitivity and the circumstances of the transfer.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including business, legal, accounting and security needs. How long that is depends on the nature of the information and why we hold it. Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is generally kept for a shorter period than records relating to work we have performed, which we may need to keep for longer to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to our size and to the nature of the information we hold. No website, email system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Email in particular is not a secure channel, which is why we ask you not to send confidential or sensitive material in an initial enquiry.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it. You can also withdraw consent where we are relying on it, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
To make a request, write to us at the address below. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, and some requests are subject to limits or exemptions under applicable law, including where we are required to keep certain records. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Marketing communications
This site has no newsletter or marketing subscription. We do not run marketing campaigns from it. If we ever contact you about our services beyond replying to your enquiry, you can tell us to stop at any time by replying to the message or writing to the address below, and we will.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party websites, including a booking form provider, social platforms and a separate GatekeeperOps site for QA automation services. Links that leave this site are marked. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not control, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and for adults acting in a professional capacity. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site, to our practices, or to legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to make that clear.
