Terms of Service

The terms under which GatekeeperOps AI Private Limited provides this site and its services.

Effective date: 21 September 2026

Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by GatekeeperOps AI Private Limited (“GatekeeperOps”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India with operations in Hyderabad. By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This site is informational. It describes who we are, the engineering work we do and how an engagement can begin. Everything on it is provided for general information about our practice.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract for services. Submitting an enquiry, booking an introductory call or exchanging messages with us does not engage us, does not oblige us to take on work, and does not oblige you to buy anything.

Commercial engagements are governed separately

Paid work is governed by the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, master services agreement or other agreement signed by both parties for that engagement. Those documents set out the scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality, data handling, warranties, liability and any other commercial terms that apply.

Where anything on this website differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs. These website terms do not vary, extend or limit it.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, design, layout, graphics, code and the GatekeeperOps name and marks, belongs to us or is used by us with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view the site, and you may quote or share short extracts for reference, comment or internal discussion, provided you do not alter the meaning and you attribute the extract to GatekeeperOps with a link to the page it came from. Any other reproduction, republication, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Permitted use

You agree not to:

  • use the site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or infringes the rights of anyone else
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, to any server or infrastructure behind it, or to any account or system connected to it
  • interfere with the normal operation of the site, including by introducing malicious code or by placing an unreasonable load on it
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site for republication or for commercial reuse
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation when contacting us through the site
  • use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications to us or to anyone else

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not commit to any particular level of availability. The site may be unavailable at times, including for maintenance, for changes, or for reasons outside our control. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party websites and services, including a booking form provider and social platforms. Links that leave this site are marked. Those services are operated by others under their own terms and privacy policies. We provide the links for convenience, we do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following such a link is at your own discretion.

No professional advice

The content of this site, including anything published in the writing section, is general commentary about engineering practice. It is not professional, legal, financial, regulatory or compliance advice, and it is not advice about your particular system, product or circumstances. Do not act on it without appropriate advice for your situation. Any engineering recommendation specific to you comes from work performed under a signed agreement, not from this website.

No warranties for website content

We take reasonable care with what we publish here, but the site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind about the site, including that the content is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors or harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Liability relating to services we are contracted to perform is dealt with in the signed agreement for that engagement, not here.

Your responsibility for misuse

If you use this site in breach of these terms and that causes us loss, or causes a claim to be brought against us by someone else, you are responsible for that loss or claim to the extent it results from your breach.

Changes to the site and to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site, to our practice or to legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Restricting access

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, where we reasonably consider it necessary, including where these terms have been breached or where access is causing harm to the site or to others.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this site are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of the country you are in, you agree that the courts of India have jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

Where a signed engagement agreement specifies its own governing law or dispute resolution process, that agreement governs the engagement.
